Company Description: We are a steakhouse and saloon located in Tusayan, Arizona, located at the entrance to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We have indoor and pet-friendly patio seating. We offer steaks, sea-food and pasta with vegetarian and gluten-free offerings. During peak season we can serve between 700 and 800 people a day.
We opened our doors in the spring of 2012. We maintain a staff of approximately 75 people in the peak season, and 45 in the off season.
We host the annual Salmon Bake event, an event that acknowledges the service of the employees of the Halvorson Family and the community of Tusayan and the Grand Canyon. We also host many of the local annual company employee holiday dinner events.
Our company’s goal is to provide exceptional food, courteous and seamless service and amazing entertainment to all our guests here at the Big E Steakhouse & Saloon. We will endeavor to enhance the presence and our company as the preferred dining experience at the Grand Canyon.
